Beginning Wednesday, September 3, we will be offering a class called ‘iso-genics’.

 This class is for all levels and will be a culmination of …

  1. Low, or zero impact warm up

-----raises cardio without tearing down muscle

 

  1. Isometrics 

-----locate specific muscles and ‘work em’

  1. Pilates  mat and machine 

-----align body posture, create long lean muscles, and learn proper breathing techniques to  enhance every work-out

  1. Very, very light weights  

-----build muscle not bulk, burn fat

 

  1. Stretching

-----gain flexibility, learn to relax muscles for better toning

 

  1. Toning 

-----use simple queues to teach your body to work efficiently

 

  1. Facial Pilates……and more

-----Let’s face it –your body isn’t the only thing people look at
